Merchandise Case Study: Handling the most complex merchandise + global logistics for World Cup Merchandise

Our client was one of the sponsors of the world cup and FOXBOX’s merchandise division BrandSTIK was awarded the contract to develop the world cup merchandise for its clients.

It was a complex project and we were against time.


Here is what FOXBOX had to accomplish

  • Develop over 20,000 units of over 12 SKU’s of merchandise from 9 factories spread across India. Then to Assemble them at one location and pack as a kit and export them worldwide to 6 cricket playing country’s
  • Exports have to be on IOR basis such that the client name is not mentioned in any import records
  • All this in 20 days!
